We will let you know what our pick up spots are once you book a tour with us. Generally it is a well-known place like Skycity, Britomart or Quay Street.
Double upgrades with ensuite are available for an additional cost. Please let us know during the booking process.

Gear Hire from Pipers lodge
We recommend hiring rental equipment and clothing from Pipers Lodge. They have good quality equipment at cheap rates. We are able to organise your rental gear the night before, saving you time and avoiding queues at the top of the mountain.

What you need to bring:
- Warm clothes - snow jacket, pants, sturdy outdoor footwear (not sneakers!), gloves (all of these can also be hired), warm socks, hat, scarf
- Goggles or sunglasses
- Swim wear
- Towel (these can also be hired from Pipers lodge for NZ$ 2.50)
- Pocket money
- Sunblock and lip balm
- Camera or GoPro
- ID – there is a bar in Pipers Lodge where ID is required to buy alcoholic drinks. ID is also required if you claim youth rates for lift passes and All Inclusive Package Tours.
